LPT : Got an email saying someone tried logging into your account? DO NOT CLICK THAT LINK
Theres been a very creative phishing email going around saying someone from a outside country has tried logging into your account and a link to change your password. DO NOT CLICK THAT LINK. Instead just go into the website/app directly and change your password.
Its possible that link itself is a phishing link.
Phishers are getting smarter and smarter and these phishing emails can appear so legit that they'll even spoof the emails its coming from that even official email services will confirm its legit.
If you have a hardtime remembering passwords, I recommend a password manager (i personally use bitwarden cause its free and regarded as one of the better choices) but people can recommend better choices. Bitwarden has a password generator that generates words instead of a freakishly complicated jumbled mess that you can copy and paste. When creating your bitwarden password make sure you dont use a previously used password.
