To everyone who thought being an adult meant having freedom, but forgot about the bills, responsibilities, and mysterious body aches. 😂😭
Nobody really prepares you for adulthood.
As a child:
“I can’t wait to grow up!” 😍
As an adult:
“Who approved this decision?” 😭😂
You get excited about things you never thought would matter:
✨ Finding a good frying pan.
✨ Going to bed early.
✨ Cancelling plans.
✨ Buying something on sale.
✨ Getting home and taking off your shoes.
And somehow, one day, you start saying things like:
“We have food at home.” 😭😂
Anyway, if adulthood is testing you today, just remember, you’re doing great. Probably. Hopefully. We’re all basically improvising at this point. 😂🤝
