I am trying to print a bracket for work that they're gonna pay me for.. it is a client's design so I can't modify it, but it is approximately a 178 gram bracket printed from black nylon, with 100% infill (requested by the customer) i have been trying to print this for nearly three weeks.I have about two weeks left.
(After about 1.5 kilos of attempts I'm stumped, without making serious gcode modifications to the cooling parameters and god knows what else. Im not sure if that's going to solve the problem one hundred percent)
PLEASE HELP!!!!
What i'm mostly struggling with on the H2D is.As one face of the bracket begins to be about an inch thick of solid nylon just due to the thermal mass.No matter what I do it warps, i've used ABS as supports.I've used all nylon, I'm just not sure what to do.... any advice???
.6 hf nozzle
Matterhackers pro series nylon 1.75mm
I guess another way of asking what I'm trying to get at. Does anyone here have vast experience in printing...
Eighty percent plus infill (preferably 100%) on nylon and reducing the warpage, dramatically, as well as the nozzle clumping? #technology
