Hypothetical question of country A and B
I wanna ask a hypothetical question.
There are two countries, A and B, and they currently have similar technology, economic power, and military power.
50 years later, Country A has been heavily developing AGI/ASI and quantum computers, and it also uses ASI together with quantum computing.
Country B never develops AI or quantum computers. Instead, it focuses more on conventional military technology, free healthcare, and traditional cybersecurity methods.
So after 50 years, could Country A hack most or all of Country B's systems because of the huge technology gap?
For example, could it compromise Country B's banking system and military technology?
What about nuclear weapons or nuclear command systems? Would things like air-gapped systems and traditional cybersecurity still protect Country B even against ASI and advanced quantum computers?
