Found this creepy/minimalist site that lets you pay for... absolutely nothing?

So I was digging through some old "useless web" directories and stumbled upon thenothingexperiment.org. It’s just this black screen with a glitchy typewriter effect talking about "Absolute Zero" and "The Void."

The weirdest part? People are paying for literally nothing in return. Is this a social experiment or just peak 2026 internet?
