Verizon Ethernet Connection Slow on Google Services: Solved!
I was having issues with my upload speeds on all Google / Chrome Services. My downloads were around 890mbps but Upload speed was driving me nuts at 1 or less - Mbps | This step by step guide improved my upload speeds drastically! I hope it works for you.
Okay I was having the exact same issues: Here is the workaround and step by step guide. Upload went from 1mps - 861mps on Ethernet connection.
Step 1: Open Control Panel
Step 2: Open Network and Sharing Section
Step 3: Click on Ethernet (Right side blue button)
Step 4: Click Properties then press configure.
Step 5: Go to advanced tab. IP Checksum Offload > RX and TX Enabled
Step 6: Press Large Send Offload V2(IP4) >Enabled
Step 7: Press Large Send Offload V2(IP6)>Disabled.
Now, go check your upload speeds for Google Apps and Services. If this helped, please give an upvote! Thanks. If you are still having issues try restarting your router or invest a little money into a quality Ethernet Cable. My recommendation: Cat 8 Ethernet Cable, Amazon [https://amzn.to/3QQLpYB](https://amzn.to/3QQLpYB)- $20 - $70 depending on length. DO NOT BUY the cheap Amazon cables that will last you a month if lucky!
