Insulating ASAP While On The Road
I bought a 2022 Ford Transit High Top Extended in Fort Worth, Texas. I have to drive it back to Ohio, but I want to make some detours for a week or two. The heat is rough, especially sleeping, and I'd like to insulate the van on the road. What I didn't realize is, they don't sell 3M thinsulate at Lowe's or Home Depot. It's 3pm (CST) and I'm trying to insulate it before I sleep tonight.
1. Are there any stores that might carry it that google isn't showing me?
2. Is there anything as all-around effective as 3M insulate that I can acquire at hardware stores?
I'm tight on funds, so I don't want to spend a few hundred or more on something I won't use forever. If I can't find 3M thinsulate or something on par with it, I'll have to head straight for Ohio to order thinsulate and install it there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
