Once upon a time, there was an office where Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody worked together.
One Monday morning, the boss announced, “We need to clean the office today.”
Everybody agreed that it was important.
Somebody said, “I’ll do it after lunch.”
Anybody asked, “Does anybody know where the cleaning supplies are?”
And Nobody answered.
By the afternoon, the office was still a mess.
The boss asked, “Who was supposed to clean this place?”
Everybody looked at Somebody.
Somebody looked at Anybody.
Anybody looked at Nobody.
And Nobody looked very innocent.
The boss sighed and said, “I thought Somebody was doing it!”
Somebody replied, “I thought Anybody could do it!”
Anybody said, “I thought Everybody was doing it!”
Everybody shouted, “We thought Nobody was doing it!”
At that moment, Nobody finally spoke:
“Exactly! Nobody was doing it.”
The boss became so angry that he assigned the cleaning job to Everybody.
The next morning, the office was sparkling clean.
The boss smiled and said, “Excellent! Who cleaned everything?”
Everybody proudly answered, “Nobody!”
The boss fainted.
And from that day onward, the office had one new rule:
If Everybody, Somebody, and Anybody are responsible, Nobody gets the blame! 😂
Our most of governments offices have same situation.
