I am working on an alternative energy system that can produce 110 Watts per day, can run 24/7 and just requires a water tank and my apparatus. I am combining a 100 year old piece of technology with a 200 year old system to close the loop. The main apparatus can be built for around $30-35 USD and the rest is just scrap. If you want to see more, I am thinking about having a subscription on here that will not only allow you to follow along, but provide enough information for you to build your own. Looks like magic when its running, but its not magic, its science. Breaks no laws of physics or conservation.
