Which cable do i use?

i just ordered a 5070 and its gonna be the first card with a 12pin connector, Ive heard so much bad things about it so i wanna make sure i do it right.

Do i use the 2x6 directly from my PSU or 2 2+6 and the adapter that come with the GPU?
