Surf skate repair

Hi evrryone,

The front tracks on a new surf skate literally came off as I was trying to loosen them and it’s beyond my expertise to be able to fix them at this point.

Any tips for super chill preferably English speaking skate shops that offer repair services in the Tokyo/Yokohama area?
