To get an overclocking multiplier you can do
✅ settings in the BIOS or
✅ using a third party application
And the picture below is the extreme way that is usually done on AMD Chipsett, which is to jumper the L1 testpoint. Use Solder to do the jumper. Old pencil will only waste your time. but ... DWIYOR brother 😁

Connecting L1 bridges with Pencil does the trick. :) You may prefer high lead ones for better application :)
I think if you don't do the L1 jumpers the multiplayer is locked so you cant do anything on the BIOS
