I was one of a couple of dozen people recently asked to build a spreadsheet... There was no template, but they were very thoughtful in preparing a powerpoint presentation with instructions on how to assemble the data. There were about a dozen formulas they wanted in the sheet, and they were kind enough to provide them... as images. 🙄
