“I come from a family with a history of getting flu easily and hence I also get flu most of the time. I never really believed it was hereditary and so, like the simp of human progress I am, I set out to try and find the environmental cause of the problem so that I can solve it for us all.
My first hypothesis was that, the flowers and plants around our house caused the flu, since, they released pollens, which were carried by the wind and agitated our noses.
When I shared this with my friends, they told me, I might be on to something, but when I shared this with my relatives, they told me, the reason for my flu was my dirty room and nothing besides.
Although my parents and siblings still got flu while having clean rooms, I realized that with a clean room I got flu less times.
And so I added “the houses in your theoretical societal model should easily be cleaned by autonomous robots” to my list of features the houses in the new societal model I was creating should have.
And I can proudly say that I accomplished the task with flying colors.
The houses in my theoretical societal model are connected to a food and clothes hub by an elevator system or small tunnels allowing pods to transport clean food and clothes, from the hubs, and return dirty dishes and clothes, to the hubs, for cleaning and storing.
Hence they don’t have a kitchen, closet, appliances etc. making them simple enough to be cleaned by autonomous robots.
So although I am still a long way from getting the funding to build the new societal model, at least I can revel in the happiness that, residents in the new societal model, wont be getting flu because of their dirty rooms.”

Make sure to air out your house when flu season hits. Also, change your air filters and keep your house clean. Flu spreads by unclean surfaces.
