What happens if a Telekom salesman plugs his USB stick in my vodafone router?
Hi everyone,
simply put: it was a bad day, I work from home and I was kinda overwhelmed by work, I live in Germany but I'm not a native speaker, and a Telekom guy came to my door talking about the building having to switch to fiber for the whole building or something like that. I was in a hurry for a teams meeting so I let him check my router. I'm not even with Telekom and I shouldn't let anyone through my door, I know, but I'm an idiot sometimes. He put a USB key or something similar in my router and said everything looks OK, but he will need my customer number. I told him I'm in a rush for a meeting and I had no time. He said he will come back later.
In the meantime I came to my senses, I reset my router to default settings, changed the router password and the wifi password, just to be sure.
What did the guy do with the USB plug?
