M 16 The Eagle Nebula
M16, the Eagle Nebula: this image represents 7 hours of integration time using Ha, OIII, SII, and RGB filters with a Takahashi FSQ-106ED (106/530 f/5) telescope and an FLI Proline PL16803 CCD camera. It consists of 24 exposures: 4x1800s for Ha, OIII, and SII each, and 4x300s for R, G, and B each. I processed the data using PixInsight and Photoshop, aiming to extract as much signal as possible.
