Another video showing the issue better.
From the first post: I apologize this is a phone recording, the issue does not show up on screen recordings.
This happens on multiple games and I can’t figure out why its happening. I cant even find anyone else having this same issue from my searches but i dont even know what to call it.
Anyone know whats happening or how to fix it?
Second update: it is actually still happening, just not as much or as bad. So far i have disabled all frame generation options and any vsync options, as well as upscaling
As some have asked what my monitor is, it is a 70” LG 4k smart tv
Update: as NaM\_777 suggested, i turned off AMD’s fluid motion frames 2.1 (frame generation) and i have not had the problem since. Thank you everyone who replied so quickly!
