Asked for a pay and job role review after working well above my paygrade for the last year - got a 1% raise. I'm so insulted.
In April I got a 4% inflationary increase.
In July I got a 1% increase (yes one percent) as it's "the best they can do" - I found out because they promised they'd sort it by the end of the July pay cycle. I heard nothing - and saw no substantial changes in my payslip. So I checked in with the manager and was told I was given a 1% increase.
I'm so insulted.
I can't just chuck my job in as I work remote and most jobs in my industry are on site - plus I was made redundant from my last job just over a year ago. I want to move house so need to hold onto the job until then.
