Anyone else waiting for their visa after applying for a Change of Status?
It’s been more than 40 days since my company’s lawyer submitted a change of status for me. I am changing my student visa for an engineer visa.
I’ve been told it takes 2-5 weeks but now I’m getting concerned since my start date at my new job is approaching and I still don’t have my new visa. Anyone else in the same boat?
The company is C1/C2 so it should be straight forward.
