LPT: Drill bits too tight in their case? Put them in upside down and give them a spin!
I've found often that drill bit cases hold the drill bit too tight and make the bits really hard to remove by hand. But these cases are usually made out of plastic and your drill bits are designed to drill out holes exactly their size.
So yeah, real simple. Use the drill bit to drill out its own hole to the perfect size!
