Help with family reunification to Poland
I got refused of Schengen visa even though am married to my polish wife.
I made an appeal still got refused.. the reason is just based on not enough ties to come back to home country which I provided. Anyways.. my next strategy is to apply as family reunification to Poland. I don’t want to go through those hassle again. I do know that moving with your wife to Poland you don’t need to provide ties back home.
I need help please on what to prepare for and what my wife should also prepare for.
In my thinking.
1. Apartment contract from Poland with her name and mine.
2. Formal Letter signed by her.
3. Medical insurance
4. Original marriage certificate
5. Medical insurance
6. Proof she has money to cover me
But do I need to provide my income too ?
7. Flight reservation going and coming back.
But why do I need to buy ticket for going and coming back?
8. Do I need to proof home ties ?
9. How much is supposed to be on my wife’s account for 3 months? Is 10,000zl enough?
