Astronomy poem for my astronomy boyfriend
Hello, I hope this is okay to post here. It’s an astronomy poem that I wrote for my boyfriend who is an astronomer. :)
Helios
Whoever was Kopernikus,
How dare his heathens!
He made Helios
My Center, my rational treason.
Helios, you took my gravity.
I’m floating in both nothing and all.
Your burning hands are my lingerie,
Stroking the depth of my soul.
I wanted to be close to you,
Colour my blood blue!
So I fley away from reality,
To place the hollow me on Mercury.
Waving at Venus, I kept dreaming of
Her painting my skin
In fiery artistry and burning love,
So I would always glow for him.
Am I your earth?
Cause what would I be?
What my worth?
Without Helios‘ mighty fingers enlighten me?
Allowing my mind to travel in colour,
To arcane places it would never see.
You rip off its dark and scupper its pallor
Helios, tell me, how blind would I be?
My heart is dancing,
High on Mons Olympus.
Who needs oxygen?
When love is your adrenaline.
Help me Mars, these Alles Malligneres, please
Trapped in the unknown, can‘t see sphere
Helios, you really leave?
The universe - the only left to share.
Your brown is your gold,
Sparkle to my shade!
My floppy heart is sold,

Footloose in nowhere but euphoria

Spinning dirtier wild on Jupiter.
Helios, protect my heat.
Cause when I move further to Saturn,
Distance covers my heart in waters so frozen,
I‘ll be patiently waiting for summer‘s return,
As there‘s no for me - He‘s closing.

Bitterly gasping, but now Helios is my energy.
And every part of me, all cells dance,
It‘s raining, I‘m turning and turning

So beautiful, has someone ever seen a crystal rain, I wonder,
while Uranus is draining blood,
I can‘t see the somber,
Drowning in my ardent, own flood.
Peacefully sleeping, I leave my body here!
Don‘t want to feel, don‘t want to see,
The planet Neptune - Him I fear!
For the farthest one it shall be.
Universe, take my debris,
Tiny atoms full of love so bright.
Spread them in your dark, dark sea,
For Helios to ever feel my feeding light.
Helios, listen, the universe‘s infinity can be out wealth
Cause did you know?

Keep shining, fuel my remains with speed
And one day infinity‘s finity
Will make us meet!
