Help me find the best casual/relaxed t shirt!
Just made a similar post for boxer briefs, but i want to do the same for t shirts!
For the past few years, i moved from eddie bauer plain colored t shirts to a handful of brands, but im not in love with any of them. I'm looking for "BIFL" shirts to last at least a handful of years before they start to degrade. I'm a larger guy (250+ and 6'2), so the cut is probably more important to me than most.
I'm thinking of rating them on a handful of attributes:
* General comfort / softness
* Durability
* Neck / collar width and durability (No bacon!)
* Chest, shoulder, length cut
* Cost
My plan is to buy many different brands and trying them all out. My thought is that I can buy them all in a 30 day window, try them on, and narrow it down to a much smaller number to keep. From there, i can wear them for a few months and then make a decision on what i want to buy more. Ideally before holiday season where there will likely be sales and i can stock up!
I need help identifying the top brands to try. I'm looking for casual every day shirts or weekend/lounging shirt styles mostly. I would prefer no heavy/ribbed/waffled shirts. If you have a brand(s) that you love that fits this need, let me know!
