Raise or promotion Germany
Hey! I started working at thus job one year and few monghs, i am very happy with the workload, environment and everything, but i am planning to ask for a raise after i complete the 2years mark, how should i prepare for that and how can I say that to my manager (he is a very nice guy)!
I am working in e-commerce, salary is 46k + 2k variable, 2 years experience in Germany and one internship plus some other experiences in my home country. Masters In business informatics in Germany and marketing in my home country.
