My wife changed my daughters name without telling me
1st born. A girl. We agreed on a name. Caryssa. I agreed to it but wanted it spelt with a 'K' not a 'C' as I love Karri trees. So all was good
Birth certificate arrived in the post and I open it up.
'Oh fuck sake, the screwed up the spelling!'
Show my wife and she tells me her and her mum decided to change the spelling to Caryssa since my mother in law is Welsh as that's how it's spelt in Wales.
Oh righto, don't check with dad. Jesus.
