Another round in the Torture Dungeon (a/k/a physical therapy) coming up in 90 minutes. I think they done stretched me too far last time but what do I know I am not a therapist I am just a patient without much more patience. 🤬
That Vinyl Thing went okay today, I aim for 3.6 million but today only handed out 3.5 million. 5 or 6 different people drifted through the chat.
But as it is right now Noon o'clock I am going to go find something for lunch.

It hurt. I may not get full use of that arm back, but thankfully I do not need to reach stretching straight up often - I cannot put the arm behind my back either.

It will take a lot of time and exercise, but it will work. I know it hurts, you have to stretch a little more every day at home, but just be careful!! 🙏
