Our special occasion is new year because new year is a major holiday (Philippines) so it means all family together which is mean that family bonding , catch up , and updating in life .
When it comes of foods at midnight ( media noche) you'll never seen without spaghetti, salad, different kind of dishes and etc.. and you will never forget the mean attraction on the table is the 12 different circular fruits and that was represent as 12 months .And the excitement part is the count down midnight (new yr) we do yelling , shouting and jumping (kids additional height) and then throwing candy , coins and salt inside the house that was so fun when you seen those kids picking up ..
