Heading to Birmingham Alabama to escape the Tennessee winter storms
Evacuating Nashville in my Promaster for my first time going fully off-grid since the build! A little nerve-wracking but I feel decently prepared.
I've got diesel heat, running water, 400W solar, 12V 200Ah LFP, and DC-DC charging off the alternator.
What I don't have are pals in the area, or working knowledge of the Alabama vanlife. I'm also not married to Birmingham, it was just far enough from the cold, ice and snow and looks friendly enough for my van.
Any ideas or suggestions are welcome!
