EU electric car sales jumped 73% in September, outselling gas and diesel cars combined
ACEA's September figures: 290,117 battery-electric cars registered in the EU, up 72.9% in a year, against 219,121 gasoline and diesel cars combined. A year ago the ratio was the other way round, 1.7 combustion cars per electric one.
