Every game of Catan seems to pick its favorite numbers
Played a couple games of Catan yesterday and it always cracks me up how each game seems to develop its own personality with the dice.
First game, 3s and 4s just would not stop rolling.
Next game it was 9s and 10s everywhere, with plenty of 7s mixed in.
Meanwhile somebody inevitably builds their entire economy around a 6 or 8 and just sits there watching everyone else collect resources 😂
Funny how these games create their own theme. my buddy inadvertently became the sheep farmer, appropriate jokes followed.
I know it’s just probability doing probability things, but it really does make every game feel different
