Solution to Truglos Glock night sights GOOFY instructions. & general advice on sight installation.
Alright, Glock 26 gen 3. Installing the 2 simple pieces for Glock sights. The front and the rear. The front sight wouldn't tighten for the life of me, I tried the one they gave me which was supposed to work, I tried the og one from the stock Glock sight, Nothin man. They also included a tiny one for a gen 4 model. Was explicitly told not to use that one. Well after getting pissed that it wouldn't work I gave it a shot and it now is not loose at all.
For the installation of the rear ones, save yourself 60$. I used a folded up piece of paper towel so it wouldn't scratch, a tool pusher (but a piece of small metal will work) and a random pair of plyers to smack that sucker in. Worked perfectly, you can eyeball it. Didn't take but a couple minutes.
