> **وَأَمَّا مَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِ وَنَهَى النَّفْسَ عَنِ الْهَوَىٰ * فَإِنَّ الْجَنَّةَ هِيَ الْمَأْوَىٰ** > **"But as for he who feared the standing before his Allah and restrained himself from desire, then indeed, Paradise will be his refuge."** > **— Surah An-Nazi'at (79:40–41)**

### **ﷺ TODAY'S HADITH** > **اتَّقِ اللَّهَ حَيْثُمَا كُنْتَ، وَأَتْبِعِ السَّيِّئَةَ الْحَسَنَةَ تَمْحُهَا، وَخَالِقِ النَّاسَ بِخُلُقٍ حَسَنٍ** > **"Fear Allah wherever you are, follow a bad deed with a good deed to erase it, and interact with people with good character."** > **— Sunan At-Tirmidhi 1987 (Hasan)**

### **💎 TODAY'S WISDOM**
**1️⃣ FEARING ALLAH'S PRESENCE** – The verse speaks of those who fear standing before their Allah. Not a fear of punishment alone, but a reverent awareness that Allah sees, knows, and will hold us accountable. This consciousness is the foundation of all good deeds.
**2️⃣ RESTRAINING THE SOUL FROM DESIRE** – Ramadan trained you to restrain your desires—from food, drink, and intimacy during daylight hours. Now the challenge is to carry that discipline into the rest of the year: restraining the tongue from gossip, the eyes from haram, the hands from wrongdoing.
**3️⃣ PARADISE AS THE REWARD** – The verse concludes with a simple, powerful promise: if you fear Allah and restrain your desires, Paradise awaits. Not a complicated formula. Just consistent, daily discipline.

### **⚡ DAILY ACTION STEPS**
**1️⃣ PRACTICE SELF-RESTRAINT TODAY** – Identify one desire that usually controls you—anger, gossip, laziness, overeating—and consciously restrain yourself from it today.
**2️⃣ FOLLOW A BAD DEED WITH A GOOD ONE** – If you slip, don't despair. Immediately follow it with a good deed: charity, a kind word, two rak'ahs of prayer.
**3️⃣ FEAR ALLAH IN ALL PLACES** – Whether alone or with others, in public or private, act as if Allah sees you—because He does.
**"O Allah, I ask You for guidance, piety, chastity, and self-sufficiency. O Allah, make me among those who fear standing before You and restrain their souls from desire, and make Paradise my refuge."**
**ĀMĪN.**
