Sports Photography Contract clause
I recently started working with a local organization, and they are stating that they hold full rights to the images that I take during my time with them. Along with the fact that I may not post them on my personal photography account. How enforceable is this and is this a common clause? I have not recieved a formal contract however I have received pay.
To clarify, this is my first formal job so I’m quite confused.
