I am thinking to register a LLP for trading.
will create a Dmat account on name of LLP and out my own corpus. Will not ask others to fund.
By doing so, what advantage I can have?
show my rented flat as office?
show a room in my house as office?
how much tax I can save on sort term and long term capital gain from equity?
Can I buy laptops, car on same LLP and save tax?
