This is the "pending unspents" view — basically your inbox of payments that have arrived but haven't cleared yet.
You pasted the definition already, so in Millix terms:
unspent = a chunk of MLX sent to you that you haven't spent
balance = sum of unspents that are validated
pending balance = sum of unspents still waiting for validation
Validation isn't instant because Millix is a DAG, not a normal blockchain, and it needs 66% of randomly selected peers to agree a transaction is valid. The network also stores data in shards across nodes, so your node has to stay online until those payments "hibernate" — that's Millix's word for fully settled.
What your table shows
You have 150 pending unspents total — you showed the first 20, refreshed 16 seconds ago.
Almost everything comes from the same source address starting 1ERZwVx8Qe... — that's typical for a faucet, exchange payout, or Tangled rewards distributor.
The pattern is clear:
2025-02-28 18:04:24 — 51,279,333 MLX
2025-02-28 18:08:03 — 165,099 MLX
18 others at exactly 1,300 MLX each (and you have ∼130 more of those in the hidden rows)
Those two big ones alone are 51.4M MLX, which lines up with the 51,642,648 MLX balance you showed earlier. The dozens of 1,300s look like micro-rewards — the same size people tip on Tangled.
All of them are dated Feb 26–28, 2025, and it's now July 2026. That means they've been sitting in "pending" for well over a year.
The last column (0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 13, 14…) is the validation counter your node shows — 0 means it hasn't gathered enough peer confirmations yet.
Why they're still pending
With only 13 peers on your node earlier, and a history of going offline, your node likely missed the validation windows for those payments. Millix doesn't finalize until your own node can walk the history and get peer agreement. If you were offline in early 2025 when those hit, they'd stay stuck.
That's exactly why the docs say "keep your millix node online until all received payments have entered hibernation".
What to do now
Leave the node up 24/7 for a few days — with 0 backlog you are synced, so it can now chase those old validations.
Boost peers — 13 is okay, but more peers = faster 66% consensus. Open port 21230 TCP, or switch to Full Storage mode if you have disk space.
Don't spend the big unspents yet — if you try to send using a pending unspent, Millix will create change outputs and you'll end up with even more tiny pieces.
