This is in support of

@philida

’s activity, which I wasn’t able to join while it was still open. Even though this post is no longer part of the activity itself and only one thing was asked, I still wanted to share my thoughts. These are the things I hope #NeverChange :

I wish the people fighting for justice would never give up, especially when so many are robbed of fairness for reasons of power, status or connection.

I wish the ones demonstrating strength and kindness in difficult times would never lose that part of themselves, both the ones who endure their own struggles and the ones who still reach out to lift others.

I wish the people who keep pushing to grow, to improve, to do better for themselves and their community would never lose that drive.

I wish the ones creating solutions for big issues like health and climate change would never stop caring or giving up, even when progress feels slow.

And I also hope that those who choose empathy and show up for others in their financial, family or personal crises, never let that spirit die.

May our resilience always be paired with the desire to leave things better than we found them.
