It’s never the glass or steel that fails. It’s the rubber gasket inside the pump swelling up from oil residue.
The Misto brand gets recommended because you can actually unscrew the nozzle and soak it in soapy water to clear the buildup. Most cheap sprays don't let you do that, so they're trash after 3 months.
Also, skip anything labeled "continuous mist" if you use thick oils. Those clog faster than standard trigger pumps every single time. 🧴🚫
