CCC Bridge Lights
Can someone explain to me why they don't have multiple shifts working Sun-Thurs on the bridge lights project? It's damn frustrating to keep driving by the closed lanes with no workers in sight or some Mico crew putzing about. This could be done in weeks not months with multiple shifts working it. Is there a legitimate reason outside of incompetent project management?
