How strict are Microsoft with the trade in programme?
I'm getting a Galaxy Series X 2TB and I'm gonna be sending my old 500gb day one edition console. Power button works, it boots up to desktop. Also comes with the day one controller but the down button on the d pad has to be pressed a bit more firmly to get it to respond. Also since I have an xbox one s as well I'm not sure which hdmi cable I'll be sending it off with as I've lost the other hdmi cable. Am I out of luck or will they over look such things?
