The incompetence that is the United States Postal Service.
The black line shows the shortest route between the origin and the destination.
The green lines show the route the package was shipped.
The package is medical supplies that were supposed to arrive Saturday, but thanks to the USPS they will not arrive until later today (Monday).
The worst thing of all is that this is the NORMAL service one expects from USPS these days.

Unfortunately, packages don't always arrive by the shortest route. I hope it comes today! 🙏
About 20 minutes ago they updated it to show delivery for today/out for delivery which means about 3 this afternoon my time (21:00 UTC)
I'm waiting for the next tracking update, it should arrive today but they haven't listed it as 'out for delivery' yet.
