then tomcat 10 is not compatible with javax. then installed tomcat 9 but the jsf didnt get my scripts, redo the project as a dynamic web project, but the version set by default is not compatible with jsf, and if i try to change the version of theWhy is it more difficult to install than to code?

Ill try to sum up, i tried to do a project, i had only 24h to do it, which was a simple exercise with just 2 tables, i needed to use j2ee, spring, jsf, primeface, SOAP.
And i couldnt even do it because dynamic web facet, everything again seems to be incompatible, then i try again with tomcat 10 and i can create a project that can use all the facets, but then the tomcat server doesnt want to start because when i uninstalled the previous tomcats, it seems they never get fully uninstalled, giving problems like "tomcat10 is already a name existing" whatever. then when i finally get it installed, i start tomcat and says some exception about "javaxClass not found" when i set it as jakarta.
probably many of you think that i just have no idea, but why does it have to be SO DIFFICULT. everything is always incompatible, in fact the first time i installed and created an empty project following the basic installation steps, it was ALREADY giving an error.
just why? why does it have to be so difficult? when i install Unreal Engine, everything directly just WORKS. why are there so many versions that are so incompatible? and then when something fails, a big unreadable text pops up saying basically nothing that helps solve the error?
Well, enough of frustration, the real question i wanna ask is, how the hell does someone MAKE SURE that when a client asks you to create a project in X, Y and Z technologies, how do you MAKE SURE that EVERY technology will be compatible with the literally thousands of combined versions of every other technology you wanna use? also taking into account that, when you install something wrong and uninstall it, it seems that, for whatever hell of a reason, it doesnt truly uninstall 100%?
