Not one more. Not today. Not ever. 🚭🔥
On 28 July 2026 , I reached a milestone I once wondered whether I would ever see:
Six months smoke-free. 181 days of choosing myself. 🙌🏻
This journey was never only about putting down a cigarette. It was about breaking an old pattern, facing the difficult moments without hiding behind smoke, and discovering that a craving can shout… but it does not get to make the decision.
Some days felt powerful.
Some days were fought one stubborn minute at a time.
But every time I said “not one more,” I became a little stronger than the version of me who had said it the day before.
And now here I stand—breathing deeper, feeling stronger and celebrating a promise I kept to myself. 💪🏻💗
My song Not One More became the soundtrack to that fight, and today it carries the sound of victory.
To anyone still trying: you do not have to conquer forever today.
Just conquer this moment . Then the next one. One day, you will look back and realise those little victories built an entirely new life.
Six months down.
Still standing.
Still choosing freedom.
Still winning. 🚭🙌🏻🔥

🎧 Listen to the full track, Not One More , now on Wavyl—and let it remind you that freedom begins with one firm decision: not one more. 🔥🚭

Thank you so much, dear. 💗💪🏻 Sometimes we do not realise how strong we are until life leaves us no choice but to prove it. Your encouragement means a lot to me. 🤗✨

Thank you so much. 🙏🏻💗 It truly is a battle, but please do not believe that you are incapable of winning it. I once wondered whether I could do it too.
It does not have to begin with a grand promise—sometimes it begins with one honest decision, one resisted cigarette, or simply choosing to try again. When your moment comes, I will be cheering for you. 🤗🚭

That's really inspiring. Nothing is impossible if you're willing. 💪👍

Thank you so much! 💗💪🏻 I’m learning that willingness really is where it begins—but sometimes it also takes fear, stubbornness, and choosing “not one more” over and over again. One day at a time, those little decisions become something powerful. 🙌🏻🚭

You are amazing Sandra!
You are very strong, I am proud of you! 🙏
I feel what you have been through...
I listened to the song yesterday, it is beautiful.✨

I smoke too, but only when I drink coffee.

Thank you so much, Juditka. That truly means a lot to me. 🙏🏻💗 And I’m so happy you listened to the song and enjoyed it—it came from a very real and difficult place in my life.
It is funny how differently these habits work for each of us. I used to pair coffee and cigarettes too, but now coffee somehow distracts me from wanting one instead. I usually reach for gum as well, but honestly, what helps me most is fear—the memory of not being able to breathe and being rushed to hospital. I never want to experience that again.
Thank you for feeling this journey with me and for being proud of me. Your kindness truly touched my heart. ✨🤗

The feeling of not being able to breathe must have been terrible; only those who have experienced it know what it is like.
We can only imagine. I am so glad that they were able to help you and that you are better now!!
Never touch a cigarette again! I know that quitting as a heavy smoker requires great self-control, but you have to succeed, since you have been through hell!!

I am also giving up coffee and cigarettes now, because I do not want to be sick. I have been preparing for this for a long time, since I have been smoking since I was 19, much more in the past, because I have spent my entire life in the night catering industry. I am completely fine; I do not cough, and I can handle mountain climbing and hiking, so my lungs and heart are probably fine.
But I am already buying cigarettes that taste really bad, so I hate them already. I hope I will be able to quit smoking permanently too.

Take care of you, dear Sandra!! 🙏❤️🙏

Wow - is it going to be 2½ years tomorrow? Yup, since January 31 2024 was my final cigarette...and just last week I debated with myself for 5 minutes about going to get a pack. Yeah, the urge does still nudge me occasionally, but it isn't that white-knuckle ride I was on in the beginning.

Keep on rockin' it darlin'. 👍

Two and a half years is incredible—congratulations! 🙌🏻🚭 And thank you for being so honest about that five-minute debate. It really shows that the urge may still whisper now and then, even long after the worst of it has passed.
For me, I usually reach for gum or drown the craving in caffeine 😅, but honestly, what stops me most is remembering that terrifying attack—being unable to breathe and ending up rushed to hospital. I never want to experience that again.
So yes… when the urge comes, we choose freedom all over again. Keep rockin’ it too, darlin’. We’ve both come too far to hand the keys back to nicotine now. 💪🏻🔥
