Part 101 vs 107: Tethered craft

Hey guys!
So the problem here while I've been practicing with the drone for my part 107 is that here in Miami we get 30 mph gusts like nothing. Especially now in the summer, and more so as you get closer to the coast.
I've been experimenting with some kite photography, and at the very least on 30 mph gusts, the kite goes up like nothing. Easy!
On that note, have any of you guys had any experience with any tethered craft? Like RC blimps or dirigibles? Especially for photography?
Obviously, you can't get fast moving shots like you can with a drone. But if most of the shots that are needed are higher altitude and slow moving, I'm kind of considering what it would be like to expand my fleet to include a blimp
