Seeking advice about kindergarten
For context, I dont have a good relationship with the kindergarten because I only started learning German and they don't whant to speak English to me.
So last week I got my 2 children hurt from kindergarten, the older one bumped his head and the 2 and a half , has a friction burn, a really bad one, on the upper legs. They haven't told me that my 2 year old is hurt, I discovered at home, and I went the next day at the pediatrician and he said is maybe a friction burn....
I sent an email to the kita demanding explanation, and they haven't replied yet, so I went there and showed them the pictures and they said we should have a meeting, and I should bring a translator. I don't whant to hire a translator, I suggested to make a rapport in writing.
I already made an application to transfer my children to another kita, but that takes time, and I really don't know how to handle this situation, seeing bouth my children hurt in the same day it is a lot...so any advice?
