First of all I want to grab this opportunity to say thanks to Mam
By profession I am a sales and marketing expert with 14 years of experience in dairy & beverage Field. I work on different designations and initially started with sales representative in 1996.
I worked for NADEC (National agricultural development company) www.nadec.com.sa
, a semi government company in Saudi Arabia, 2nd largest Agri producers of central Asia. I was there as a sales supervisor for 6 years. Sales always a challenging job because everyday we have new target and task to do.
My role of job was to monitor the sales , achieve daily/ weekly/ monthly target, preparing weekly allocation summary, ordering from factory, promoting the brand , searching new opportunities for business, keeping morals high of team members and keep motivating them. The role of supervisor becomes Easier if he succeeded to build a good team.
There is a German quote that " A sales man can't die in hunger" . So if you are planning to become a good sales person/ marketing influencer, then you must have good communication skills. Learn , learn about it , read other's experiences and do practice of it . Once you learn the technique of conveying your massage right in conversation, nothing can stop you to be a sales pioneer. You can sell anything in any part of the world.
