Nakaka isang taon pa lang as Mayor.
For Naga City government employees, homeownership is no longer a dream but the beginning of a new chapter close to the community they serve. Through Ayala Land, via its socialized housing arm BellaVita, and in partnership with the Naga City Government and Pag-IBIG Fund, the first homes under a 1,011-unit housing program were officially turned over to qualified beneficiaries.
The initiative creates opportunities for hardworking public servants to build stable futures for their families within the city they help shape every day. With fully developed homes and community facilities already in place, families can immediately begin building lives. This milestone reflects Ayala Land's commitment to creating inclusive, sustainable communities where more Filipinos can thrive.
