Our 4 year old LG oven glass shattered while baking chicken
We bought the house four years ago and the previous owners renovated the kitchen with all new LG appliances. This is the second one to go. I reached out to customer service clearly stating I didn’t want a new oven or money just an understanding of what could have caused it. I was sent to a chatbot that told me it would cost $5 to talk to a technician. Crazy! Anyway, minimal glass was on the floor, no one was hurt, so we’re grateful for that.
