School wants my mom and dad to pay $300 for a broken chromebook after a school shooting
I live in greensburg, LA and about a week ago i was walking up the stairwell with my class and we heard a very loud pop, it happened again, we all realized what was happening. and we ran upstairs and my teacher, very worried rushed into our class, and while we were speeding up the stairs i tripped and there was a horrible pain in my wrists, and i had fallen with the chromebook, it was dented, i didn’t pay much attention, but i rushed upstairs and waited 30 mins in our classroom, there was an announcement that the police had taken care of it. The nursed checked me out and said i had sprained my left wrist and cracked my left wrist, after being able to kind of function again a week later i have my dented chromebook on my desk and a note for my mom and dad… $300 for the chromebook.
