My pc won't turn on

2 days ago i wanted to clean the cpu fan so i took it of and cleaned then when i wanted to turn on my pc it went to a 100º so buyed some thermal paste and now it won't even turn on neither the fans or the led turn on.

What could be possibly the problem (sorry for the grammar i'm not good in english )
