Massive Haul of Strawberries, Help?
Recently picked up a huge crate of strawberries, each cartoon a 1$ each from Giant Tiger (Canadian company). Threw everything into the freezer til the heatwave passes. Besides Jams and purees, what else can I do with them? For reference, I have about 25lbs of strawberry. I dont mind recipe suggestions and picking up some supplies if it will prolong the shelf life, I just hate food waste.
